A serious researcher's plug-in which records signal level on a selected frequency.

The signal level is shown as a graph (level versus time) or logged into a file. Channel occupancy is calculated as the proportion of the time the signal level was above the squelch level.

In the graph, the squelch level is represented by a horizontal line, and the occupancy value is calculated dynamically (drag the squelch line up and down and see the occupancy level changing).
